HAZELNUTS
The foothills of Nebyan Mountain are dense chestnut and acorn forests. Among these forests are the hazelnut gardens of the locals at Nebyan Mt. While growing none of drugs are used, and don’t intervention is made, and these hazelnuts grow on by theirselves. Flocks of sheep descending from the plateau spend the winter in these hazelnut gardens.
Even when the highlands are under the snow, there is knee-high grass under these hazelnut gardens. The sheep eat the grass under the hazelnut orchards and become full. It is our pleasure to introduce you to Nebyan Hazelnut, which has been a part of sheep farming since the past.

Our fig chips obtained from our contracted producers who produce in the mountains of Aydın and Nazilli, where the world’s best quality figs are grown, are certified organic. We offer our fig chips that we produce and pack in our facility, both in wholesale and bulk. We do not use any chemicals while drying our fig chips.

This time, we are bringing you our local walnuts from the garden of our producer İsmail Yıldız in Akalan Village, located at an altitude of 750 meters in Bafra.
Our walnuts, which are produced without using any pesticides, have a thin shell, plenty of minerals and abundant flavor.
As in our other root cellar products, our Akalan walnuts are limited in stocks, contact us before they run out!

SAHLEP
Sahlep plant is a plant that grows spontaneously in nature. Below the plateaus, in the forests, you may encounter salep plants in unexpected places. Especially shepherds who keep their sheep in forests know the location of these plants and collect them from nature. As it grows spontaneously in nature, in its natural cycle, without using any pesticides, the salep plant is produced in Samsun’s 19 May and Bafra districts in a controlled manner.
We have procured, dried and pulverized our sahlep from our producers on the shores of Bird Paradise of Kızılırmak Delta in order to present you this beautiful gift of nature and to contribute to the production of sahlep producers.
DRIED FIG

BLUEBERRY
As known as blueberries in the Black Sea Region, ”Likapa” strengthens immunity with its low fructose ratio compared to other fruits, and it is known to be beneficial in the prevention of many health problems, especially eye, digestive, cardiovascular problems, thanks to its antioxidant effect.
We apply the contracted production model we started in animal husbandry for this miraculous nut. From the unique nature of the Western Black Sea, our organic certified blueberries are produced and collected with great labor, just like their wild relatives in the Eastern Black Sea, without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
