BEEF FRANKFURTER
Good news for those who want to eat real sausages and to have their children eat sausages with peace of mind!
We prepared our Beef Frankfurter sausages from our 100% beef, without additives, starch, with the best quality spices.
You can eat it in a pan, boiled or even without cooking 🙂
ROASTED BEEF / THYME
We prepare our roast beef with thyme from the round of beef region of our calves without using nitrite, nitrate and e-code preservatives.
After resting for 15 days with the thyme collected from the plateau and dried, we cook it and make it ready.
We recommend that you consume our roast beef with thyme without cooking, which will go well with your salads, sandwiches and cheese plates.
LAMB PANCETTA
We wrapped the ribs, the most delicious part of our Karayaka lambs, rested in salt and black pepper for 15 days and smoked without using any additives. Thanks to the balanced meat and fat ratio of our Karayaka lambs, a wonderful product came out.
If you want, on your cold sandwiches, with full Turkish style fried eggs, or on your pasta like the Italians!
